Visa Bulletin provides updates on “Final Action Dates” and “Dates for Filing Applications” to notify immigrant visa applicants to complete and submit required documentation. 

InfoPass appointments allow you to speak with a USCIS representative to obtain updates on your case or answer questions.  Before going through an InfoPass, know that many questions are answered online, the representative will not typically have additional status above what is listed through phone services and the representatives will not typically take documentation to submit or supplement your file during an appointment.
